Travis Jones, MD: Medical Director
Dr. Jones, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in comprehensive mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. A Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, he holds dual board certifications in Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Based in Austin, Texas, he is an active member of the Texas Society of Psychiatric Physicians and holds a full medical license in Texas.
Dr. Jones earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University before being commissioned as an Army officer. He received his medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine in Temple, Texas, and completed his General Adult Psychiatry Internship and Residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. He further specialized with a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Tripler Army Medical Center.
Following his training, Dr. Jones served as the First Cavalry Division Psychiatrist at Fort Cavazos, TX, where he acted as a Behavioral Health Consultant to the Commanding General and contributed to policy improvements impacting over 20,000 soldiers. He later served as a staff psychiatrist at Keller Army Community Hospital at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.
Dr. Jones brings a patient-centered approach to care, emphasizing diagnostic assessments, medication management, and TMS. With a strong foundation in both pediatric and adult psychiatry, Dr. Jones is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting mental well-being. He will oversee the process of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for those receiving treatment.
Shelly Cox, LCSW:
Clinical Systems Director
Shelly Cox is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving the Greater Austin area with over 30 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. She currently specializes in geriatric behavioral health and is a dementia care specialist, with extensive experience supporting older adults and their families.
Shelly began her career at the VA Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, where she served on the Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) Team and surgical units. She later worked with Plano Independent School District as part of the Student Family Support Services Program, supporting students with disabilities and their families before establishing her private practice.
In addition to her clinical work, Shelly serves as Clinical Systems Director of Texas 360 TMS, overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of patient care. She works closely with patients and families to navigate insurance processes and ensure a seamless, compassionate treatment experience. Shelly is dedicated to helping each individual feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their care journey.
Cailyn Cox: TMS Operations Manager
Cailyn Cox serves as the TMS Operations Manager at Texas 360 TMS. She works closely under Dr. Travis Jones to ensure the execution of safe, effective, and patient-centered delivery of TMS, with a focus on optimizing both clinical outcomes and the overall care experience.
Cailyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and brings over three years of specialized experience in TMS administration. She has extensive hands-on experience in treatment delivery with various TMS devices, patient education, and clinical coordination, allowing her to guide patients through each stage of care with both technical expertise and empathy.
In addition to her clinical role, Cailyn is actively involved in advancing the field of neuromodulation through her contributions to the O’Sullivan Lab at UT Austin. Currently, she is involved in an ongoing clinical trial studying SAINT TMS as an intervention for adolescents and young adults who are experiencing their first onset of depression. Her interests also encompass the clinical applications of TMS for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as ethnic representation in TMS clinical trials and their downstream effects on treatment accessibility.
Cailyn is an incoming medical student at Baylor College of Medicine (Class of 2030), where she will continue her training as a future physician with a focus on advancing innovative, evidence-based approaches to mental health care. She remains dedicated to bridging clinical practice, research, and patient-centered care to improve outcomes for individuals experiencing psychiatric conditions.
Sierra Stevens: TMS Coordinator
Sierra Stevens serves as the TMS Coordinator at Texas 360 TMS, where she is dedicated to ensuring the safe, effective, and patient-centered delivery of TMS. With a strong passion for neuroscience and mental health, Sierra works closely with patients throughout their treatment journey, striving to create a supportive and compassionate care experience.
Sierra earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has a deep appreciation for the complexity of the brain and is driven by a genuine interest in applying neuroscience to help individuals improve their daily lives and overall well-being.
Prior to her current role, Sierra worked as a neurofeedback technician, where she discovered her passion for combining neuroscience with mental health care. This experience strengthened her ability to integrate technical expertise with empathetic, patient-focused support.
In addition to her clinical work, Sierra has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to service and community impact. She volunteered for over six years with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, contributing to the Students of the Year campaign and serving as an ambassador through fundraising events and awareness outreach. She also founded “Lend a Hand,” a club at Dripping Springs High School dedicated to 3D printing and assembling prosthetic hands for individuals in need within the community.
As a Certified Medical Assistant, Sierra brings a strong clinical foundation to her role. She is committed to staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field and is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful improvements in their mental health. Her ultimate goal is to help individuals better enjoy their daily lives through personalized, evidence-based care.
