Fostering Connection
First and foremost, our goal is to foster connection within the community of the healthcare industry. Whether you run a small private practice and miss out on having ample co-workers, are new to the area, or looking to meet people with common interests, 360 Network is a great place to start. We will do this by:
- Keeping each other up to date on community activities via Email
- Bi-monthly social hours and luncheons
- Outdoor socials and group volunteer opportunities in Austin, Lakeway, and Bee Cave
Sharing Knowledge
As a group of health and wellness professionals, we know how important continued education is. Thus, we encourage each member of our network to share their unique perspective with others. We will do this by:
- Quarterly guest speaker events, where a professional presents on a relevant topic, followed by networking.
- Quarterly round table discussions, featuring journal articles and educational pieces submitted by members.
- Monthly newsletters, sharing professional insights, book/podcast recommendations, and industry updates.
Strengthening Professional Strategy
One of the most complex components of running a medical or mental health practice is figuring out how to reach the people who need your help. Our goal is to help each other build insight navigating the world of online presence, community outreach, SEO, and everything in between. We will do this by:
- Sharing books, podcasts, and journals that shed light on these topics and following them "book club style"
- Consulting experts on the topic to present information to the group
- Informal discussion about strategies that members have personal experience with
